While we welcome all experience levels, we are primarily seeking candidates with at least 2 years of law firm experience. This role offers unmatched flexibility, including fully remote and hybrid arrangements, allowing you to design a practice that fits your professional goals.Key Responsibilities:Managing a diverse portfolio of labor and employment matters, including discrimination, harassment, and wage-and-hour defense.Handling all phases of the litigation lifecycle: drafting substantive motions, conducting research, and managing discovery.Representing clients at hearings, depositions, and trials within a collaborative national team structure.QualificationsMust be licensed and admitted to practice in the State of Texas.Minimum of 2 years of law firm experience in labor and employment matters.Strong academic background with excellent writing, research, and persuasive speaking skills.Proven ability to work independently as a self-starter with minimal supervision.Trial experience is a plus but not required.Compensation & Benefits:Base Salary Range: $135,000–$235,000 (Commensurate with experience).Eligibility for both subjective (discretionary) and objective (performance-based) bonuses.Structured professional development and mentorship to promote career advancement.Application Instructions:Please submit your resume, cover letter, and writing sample to:jamie.finch@edenroselegal.com
