This is a key support role that keeps our kitchen running smoothly and ensures a clean, safe environment for both staff and guests.Responsibilities:Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipmentOperate dish machine and maintain dish area cleanlinessTake out trash and recyclingAssist with basic prep and stocking when neededFollow all health and sanitation guidelinesQualifications:Strong work ethic and positive attitudeAbility to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbsReliable and punctualComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentRestaurant experience preferred but not required
