Job DetailsDescriptionThe Maintenance Tech II performs work in connection with the operation, maintenance, and security of building, grounds, and facilities in order to ensure efficient plant operation.Schedule: FULL-TIMEMonday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PMPay Range: $28.00 - 30.00/hour, depending on experienceTo Be Successful In The Role, You Would Have4+ years of experience in building maintenance, construction, or a related field (or equivalent combination of training and experience)Experience with RealPage OneSite or similar property management software preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Teams, and ExcelHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredCertification, license, or equivalent in a technical field (e.g., HVAC, building trades, building utilities) preferred, as required by state/local regulationsCurrent and valid driver’s license and ability to be insurable to drive a community vehicleAvailability to work evenings, weekends, and be on-call as neededA Day In The Life Might Includeplanning, scheduling, participating in, and inspecting the work of outside contractors engaged in the operation, maintenance, repair, and safeguarding of buildings and CommunityWhat's in it for you?
