Divisional Controller

This individual will play a critical role in designing the organizational roadmap, implementing best practices, driving financial transparency, and supporting strategic decision-making across the business.Establish internal controls, policies, and procedures aligned with public company standards and SOX compliance requirementsOversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes for the division, ensuring accuracy and timelinessServe as a key liaison with external auditors and corporate finance leadershipRecruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting team as the division growsAct as a strategic business partner while remaining deeply engaged in operational executionQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting8+ years of progressive accounting experiencePublic company experience is ideal including understanding of SOX and SEC reporting environments
