Python Engineer

Title: Python Engineer- W2 (GC & USC)Location: Jersey City, NJ; Manhattan, NY; Middle Town, NY; & Houston TX (5 Days Onsite - Look for nearby candidates)Duration: 12+ Months(6 positions opened)Must have: Python, AWS, Trading experience, Containerization, Equity or Derivatives.• 5+ years of experience.• Advanced level Python coding. Numpy and Pandas exp.• Need strong cloud experience, preferably AWS but will consider On Prem / private experience.• Strong experience with network layer of cloud, and containerization - Kubernetes or Docker• SQL or NOSQL database experience• Must have Capital Markets / Trading experience - need to be currently working in, or recent experience working in middle or front office banking environment• Collateral Management and Counterparty risk - building tools for the business. High scalability.• Exceptional in Python - Advanced level. 70-80% coding. 20-30% looking into data and communicating with users.• Very comfortable with cloud computing, AWS or Private / On-Prem. Need to understand networking layer within Cloud.• Containerization - Kubernetes or Docker must have.
