The ideal candidate is data-driven, technically sound, and user-focused, with the ability to manage the product lifecycle end-to-end and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery, definition to delivery and iteration.Define product vision, roadmap, and strategy for internal tools and platforms.Use data-driven insights (KPIs, metrics, analytics) to prioritize features and measure success.Collaborate with engineering, data, design, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions.Create and maintain product documentation PRDs, user stories, roadmaps, and release notes.Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.Balance user needs, business priorities, and technical feasibility in decision-making.Advocate for user experience and internal users, ensuring high usability of tools.Track product performance and drive continuous improvement.Required Skills8+ years of experience in Product Management.Experience with internal tools / platform products / CMS.Strong data-driven decision-making and product analytics experience.Technical understanding of APIs, system integrations, and product architecture.Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred SkillsExperience with Content Management Systems (CMS) or similar platforms.Exposure to customer experience, travel, or service tools.Experience working with internal operational tools or support teams.Strong collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
