This role will operate on a part-time as needed basis.Isaiah House is a faith-based, nonprofit with a competitive edge, delivering one of the most effective substance use disorder treatment facilities in the state of KY.Apply now to join our team and make a difference in the lives of others.JOB SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS:Safely and efficiently transport clients from various locations (homes, hospitals, facilities, etc.) to designated treatment locationsMaintain consistent communication with the admissions team regarding transport status and updatesReport all pertinent information in real time through the driver communication system during each shift/transportSelect the safest, most direct, and legally compliant routes; identify alternate routes when necessaryComply with all local, state, and federal traffic regulationsReport any delays, incidents, or accidents immediatelyMaintain cleanliness and operational readiness of assigned vehicleProvide a welcoming, respectful, and professional experience for all clients during transportPerform occasional errands or additional support tasks as neededUphold and comply with the organization's drug-free workplace policyAvailability is based on client need and is not guaranteedMust be willing to accept transport requests with flexibility and timelinessDemonstrate a servant-hearted approach when assisting clients entering treatmentMaintain professionalism and reliability despite variable scheduling*Vehicle requests, acquisition, and usage will be determined and explained at a later date with the company if hired.RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS:Valid driver's licenseMust meet insurance requirements (minimum age 22)High School Diploma or GED preferredExperience driving passenger vans (including 12-15 passenger vehicles) preferredAbility to work in a flexible, fast-paced, and dynamic environmentWillingness to be available on an as-needed basis, including evenings or weekendsMandatory Requirements:Adheres to Isaiah House policies and procedures.Attends mandatory in-services and other training/educational programs as required.Current CPR and First Aid
