Key Responsibilities1. Shift Management & StaffingAssign OSS team members to scheduled shifts and ensure full coverage across all active operationsMonitor attendance, punctuality, and no-shows, taking immediate corrective action when neededBackfill staffing gaps in real time through reassignment or escalationMaintain shift continuity with minimal operational disruption2. Real-Time Operations OversightTroubleshoot operational issues such as:Late arrivalsSetup or site readiness problemsParticipant or customer confusionStaffing coordination challengesEscalate critical issues with clear context, updates, and recommended solutionsEnsure smooth on-site execution and timely issue resolution3.
