Security Manager

Alignment Engine Inc. (“Alignment”) operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps. *The role.* Build and lead the campus physical security program: officers, access control, surveillance, and emergency coordination. *What you'll do:* * Own security post orders, staffing, and training * Manage access control, video, and visitor systems * Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services * Lead investigations and incident reporting * Own security posture for tenant and audit requirements *What you'll bring:* * 7+ years progressive experience in data center, industrial, or mission-critical operations * Track record building and leading teams through commissioning and early operations * Working knowledge of applicable codes and standards for the discipline * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Alignment Engine Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
