Federal Proposal ManagerReports to: Vice PresidentResponsibilitiesLeads and creates responses to RFPs, RFIs, and other potential government and private-sector client requests within required timeframesPrepares detailed proposal outlines and templatesManages correspondence during the proposal process, including clarifying questions in response to RFP's and final submissionsCoordinates and manages content collection from various agency staffers, editing and formatting material whenever necessaryCreates highly visual presentations as well as simple graphicsAnalyzes industry-specific, consumer research, scientific, healthcare, and other technical concepts and conveys them in writing in clear and simple languageComposes and maintains supporting information (including credentials, capability decks, and case studies) to be used and customized for submissionsOrganizes research and other preparatory materials to complete writing assignmentsProofreads proposals to ensure content accuracy, quality writing, and clear focusRequirementsExcellent English language skills for writing, editing, and proofreadingSuperior time management and multi-tasking skills, including ability to work flexible hours to meet deadlinesSkilled at organizing and translating technical concepts and processes into clear written proseStrong attention to detailSelf-starting capability and willingness to employ creative thinking, communication, research and resourcefulness in daily workAbility to work independently as well as in a team environmentExperience as a writer and/or editor, preferably in sales or marketing fieldsProposal writing or grant writing experience strongly preferredBachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Communications or related discipline preferredPlease submit resume, cover letter, and answer all questions in our online interface for consideration.About SensisSensis is a cross-cultural marketing agency driving behavior change.
