We are constantly striving to grow to provide more opportunities for every employee.Compensation : $23-$27 (Based on experience)Position OverviewLead the selection, handling, and professional installation of trees and landscape plants using modern arboricultural standards to ensure long-term health and performance.Key ResponsibilitiesSelect high-quality nursery stock based on health, structure, and aestheticsMonitor plant health from procurement through installationInstall trees using best practices (root pruning, correct depth/root flare, soil amendments, mulching)Connect trees to existing irrigation systems, and install deep watering stakes with driplines to deliver water to proper depth in the soilSafely transport and protect large trees during deliveryEducate clients on watering, irrigation setup, and tree establishment RequirementsStrong physical capability (lifting, digging in hard soils, handling large trees)Working knowledge of tree installation and basic irrigation systems (PVC, poly, drip)Ability to lead a crew and maintain job efficiencyClean driving recordValid driver’s licenseExperience in arboriculture, tree installation, or landscapingFamiliarity with ANSI A300 standardsBenefitsMedical InsuranceDental InsurancePaid Time OffCompany Holidays401k
