Sign Shop Assistant (Entry-Level)

We're a busy wholesale sign shop looking for a hands-on Sign Shop Assistant to help with production prep and shipping. This position has a regular schedule of 12 hours Monday, Wednesday, Friday 12 PM to 4 PMWhat you'll do:Peel protective paper and prep signs for paintingAssemble applique letters onto materialsHelp pack and stage orders for shippingRead job tickets and follow instructions carefullyKeep your work area clean and organizedWhat we're looking for:Good with your hands and attention to detailAble to read paperwork and follow directionsReliable, on time, and willing to learnComfortable being on your feet all dayExperience not required — shop, warehouse, or construction experience is a plus.Stable work, clear expectations, and room to grow.
