With expertise in safety, regulatory compliance, and risk management, the team serves clients at both operational and executive levels.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Safety Supervisor position located in Kenosha, WI. The Safety Supervisor will oversee safety programs and protocols, provide training to employees, and ensure regulatory compliance at the worksite. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting safety audits, identifying and addressing workplace hazards, performing accident investigations, and developing measures to mitigate risks. The Safety Supervisor will serve as a key liaison between management and employees on all safety-related matters.QualificationsExpertise in Health & Safety and Occupational Health practicesMinimum 5 years of safety supervision experience on construction sitesOSHA 30-hour certificationExperience working in heavy industrial and/or commercial construction environments preferredExperience in Safety Training and developing effective safety protocolsKnowledge of Safety Engineering principles and their application in workplace environmentsProficiency in Accident Investigation processes to identify root causes and implement corrective actionsStrong communication and leadership skills to foster a culture of safetyAbility to analyze data and develop actionable plans based on findingsFamiliarity with OSHA regulations and other relevant safety standardsA bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field is preferredRelevant certifications such as CSP, or CHST are a plus
