Kindly find the below details.Role: ESRI Web DeveloperLocation: Hartford, CT (hybrid)Duration: ContractJob descriptionJob SummaryThe ESRI Web Developer will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining web applications using ESRIs ArcGIS platform This role involves working with various web technologies to create interactive and userfriendly GIS applicationsKey ResponsibilitiesWeb Application Development Design develop and maintain web applications using ESRIs ArcGIS API for JavaScript and other web technologiesUser Interface Design Create intuitive and responsive user interfaces that enhance user experienceIntegration Integrate GIS data and services into web applications ensuring seamless functionality and performanceCollaboration Work closely with GIS analysts developers and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needsTesting and Debugging Perform thorough testing and debugging of web applications to ensure high quality and performanceDocumentation Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for web applications including design specifications user guides and technical manualsQualificationsEducation Bachelors degree in computer science IT GIS or a related fieldExperience 9 - 14 years of experience in web development with a focus on ESRI ArcGISTechnical Skills Proficiency in JavaScript HTML CSS and ESRIs ArcGIS API for JavaScript Experience with frontend frameworks eg React Typescript Angular VueCertifications Relevant certifications such as ESRI Technical Certification are preferredSoft Skills Strong analytical and problemsolving skills excellent communication and teamwork abilitiesPreferred QualificationsExperience with developing and deploying web applications in cloud environmentsFamiliarity with RESTful APIs and web servicesFamiliarity with DevOps practices and toolsKnowledge of spatial data management and GIS conceptsMandatory Skills : ESRI Desktop, ESRI WebGood to Have Skills : ArcGIS Enterprise, Geospatial Backend Development, Geospatial Frontend Development
