This role offers a unique blend of responsibility and flexibility, focusing on both structural design work and project management. ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and associated project representativesGuarantees seamless project delivery under strict deadlinesManages and delivers all milestones through a project life cyclePrepares and executes document specifications for all project typesGuides and encourages the development of team members as the organization continues to expand RequirementsBachelor’s degree in engineering, master’s degree preferred8+ years in structural design, drafting, and detailing for a wide range of project typesExpertise working onsite and conforming to drawings, specifications, and plansStrong familiarity with local code requirements and associated governing agenciesSuperior written and verbal communication skills with colleagues and clients of all levelsExcellent planning, organization, and detail orientation skillsExperience working with contractors, time frame management, and industry applied methods Proficiency in AutoCAD, ETABS, SAFE, Bently, and RISA3D, or similar FEA software Bryntesen Engineering boasts a diverse clientele, including noted architectural practices, governmental agencies, Fortune 500 companies, small business owners, public and private developers, general contractors, and custom homeowners.
