Below are the details of the position: Job Details: Start Date: October 27, 2024 End Date: N/A Number of Providers Needed: 1 Shift Type: On-call (24 hours) Weekend Requirements: 24-hour call coverage Location: Near Minot, North Dakota Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive obstetrical and gynecological care to patients. Perform essential procedures including: Vaginal deliveries C-sections Hysterectomies Tubal ligations Bladder repairs D&Cs (Dilation and Curettage) Attend to patients in hospitals and facilities as required. Participate in patient rounds and respond to emergency cases as necessary. Requirements: Certification: Board Certified in OB/GYN BLS (Basic Life Support) DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration) certification NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) Licensing: Must hold an active North Dakota medical license (consideration for IMLC with Letter of Qualification in hand). Experience: Clean malpractice history preferred. Familiarity with system applications such as Meditech, Dragon, PACs, eRx - Dr. First, and Imprivata Tap and Go is beneficial. Additional Duties: Prepare and maintain necessary documentation related to patient care. Engage in continuous medical education and maintain professional skills. Collaborate with support staff and contribute to a positive team environment. Participate in community service activities in alignment with the healthcare facility's mission.
