We offer competitive pay and benefits, opportunities for growth, and a supportive work culture.About the Associate Manufacturing Technician - Bottling: The Associate Manufacturing Technician is responsible for assisting and supporting the process, to ensure site wide compliance in production, testing, and distribution of veterinary biologic products, within the guidelines set by regulatory agencies. This position will work in an aseptic production laboratory within manufacturing.Shift: Monday to Thursday 5:00am to 2:30pm, Friday 5:00am to 9:00am.Main Responsibilities:Work under minimal supervision to assist with projects while maintaining a high level of process clarity with direct managementFilling final serial batches using product specific filling equipmentFollow SOPS in an efficient and accurate mannerAseptically assist in antigen production or serial processing to ensure on-time deliveryClean and maintain the aseptic environment; maintain cleanliness of facilitiesAssist with necessary documentation, ensuring accurate and complete informationMaintain inventory of laboratory consumablesAssist in investigation of laboratory error to identify root cause and prevent repeated errorsAssist other departments as requested and complete other duties as assignedPromote safety in all areas of work, professional courtesy, and a positive work environment within the companyQualifications and Capabilities:Familiar with regulatory agencies including the USDA/CVB, C-CVB, VICH, OSHA, Federal, State, and Local AgenciesAttention to detailStrong organizational and time management skillsCommunications skills to effectively work with teams, across departments, and outside vendorsAbility to follow department SOP's (Standard Operating Procedure)Ability to read, write, comprehend, and follow verbal & written instructions in EnglishAbility to stand on feet for long periods of time; bending, twisting, and preforming fine motor manipulations requiredAbility to lift 50 lbs. occasionallyAbility to pass medical clearance/fit testingExperience/Educational Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent required.Associates degree in a related field preferred.Benefits at Vaxxinova:We are proud to offer a generous benefit package in addition to competitive compensation, including employer contributions towards medical, dental and vision premiums.
