The role involves handling day-to-day operations associated with recycling processes, including sorting, handling, and processing recyclable materials. Additional responsibilities may include maintaining safety protocols, operating equipment, assisting customers, and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations. This role plays a pivotal part in achieving the company’s goal of sustainable recycling and waste management. Qualifications Proficiency in operational tasks such as sorting and handling materials in a recycling facilityBasic knowledge of machinery and equipment operation, with a focus on safety complianceStrong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate processing and record-keepingGood communication and customer service abilities to assist clients and collaborate with team membersAbility to follow safety guidelines and maintain compliance with environmental regulationsHigh school diploma or equivalent is preferredPhysical fitness to perform tasks that require lifting and manual laborPrevious experience in recycling or waste management is advantageous
