About the CompanyWe design and build custom ASME steel tank solutions including TRIARC storage tanks, ASME pressure vessels, semi‑trailers, and related heavy fabrication. We’re hiring a hands‑on Project Manager to own customer projects from order entry through delivery — acting as the technical point of contact for customers, sales, engineering and production.About the RoleThis hybrid, Dallas‑based role manages multiple concurrent projects, ensuring on‑time fulfillment, compliance with codes and customer specs, and smooth coordination between sales, engineering, production and logistics. The role focuses on project coordination, scheduling, customer communication, and quality/compliance oversight.ResponsibilitiesServe as primary technical/customer liaison: capture requirements, clarify specifications, and explain product limitations and features.Plan and manage project schedules, milestones, resource coordination, risk mitigation and on‑time delivery for multiple projects.Read and interpret engineering drawings, specs and BOMs; ensure production understands and implements requirements.Apply ASME Section VIII and other relevant codes; coordinate QA/QC, NDT, pressure testing and certification activities.Support quoting and change management: provide technical input, evaluate cost/schedule impacts, and implement change orders.Coordinate with fabrication, welding, machining and assembly teams to resolve technical issues and verify fit‑up/tolerances.Maintain project status reporting and lead cross‑functional project review meetings.Identify and lead small continuous‑improvement initiatives to improve process, quality and manufacturability.QualificationsBS in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering Technology, or equivalent technical diploma with relevant experience.3+ years’ experience in pressure vessels, storage tanks, or heavy fabrication manufacturing with exposure to production, QA, or project coordination.Practical knowledge of ASME Section VIII (or equivalent), pressure testing, welding processes, and common NDT methods.Proven project management skills: scheduling, risk mitigation and stakeholder communication. PMP/CAPM a plus.Proficient with MS Office and ERP systems (Microsoft D365 preferred); familiarity with MS Project or Asana a plus.Strong written/verbal communication and customer‑facing skills; detail‑oriented and able to manage competing priorities.Required SkillsExperience with LPG/propane or other regulated pressure vessel markets.Experience with Lean, continuous improvement, or ISO systems.Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
