Full Job Description Full-Time Apartment Maintenance Tech Wanted to be a part of our maintenance team. We are an owner managed company with good benefits and a great staff! Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00 pm. Will be required to be on rotation on-call maintenance emergency. Compensation will be $20 - $24 plus per hour based on experience and possible rent credit with garage could be available. Responsibilities include general maintenance such as painting, wall repair, plumbing repairs/replacements, appliance repair, outlets (GFI) etc. for turning over apartments and doing work orders. Also preforming preventative maintenance on all properties. Deck and siding repairs/replacement. Must have an eye for detail, be task oriented, able to comply to timelines, take pride in your work, team player as well as able to work solo. Open to learning new skills. Evening and weekend on-call will be required for this position. We trade off the on-call time.
