And you're an organizational leader, which means doing everything from managing a budget and evaluating staff to analyzing data and ensuring your school's efforts follow district policy. You'll balance many priorities and wear many hats. You'll move between activities like planning Back to School Night and establishing a relationship with a new neighborhood preschool provider. As the school leader, you're ultimately responsible for the success of your school - but you won't get there alone.
