Property Management Specialist

This position is not eligible for sponsorship and Paycom is unable to support an optional or curricular practical training (OPT/CPT) program. Paycom is interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States.As Paycom continues to grow our offices nationwide, we will be adding a Property Management professional to our corporate office. The purpose of this position is to manage multiple functions of office operations, along with site selection and lease coordination for existing and new locations.ResponsibilitiesDevelops and maintains positive relationships with all vendorsCoordinates, oversees and manages repair and maintenance work assignments performed by technicians, vendors and contractors performing building maintenance and janitorial workResponsible for facilities inspections and reportsManages all office moves, adds and change activitiesObtains and reviews price quotes for the procurement of parts, services and labor for projectsTrains vendors on work order and billing proceduresTravel to review and recommend new offices as neededCoordinate new office openingsWorks with local brokers to negotiate all associated costs and manage deadlinesManages lease renewals and oversees all lease dates
