DescriptionWe are seeking a hard-working Production Operator to assist in the manufacturing process. The Production Operator's responsibilities include maintaining a cleanproduction area, preparing machinery and equipment for use, working on the production line as instructed, and strictly adhering to health and safety guidelines.Job Details:Pay:Day Shift: $17.00/hrNight Shift: $18.00/hrSchedule:Day Shift: 6:00 AM to 6:45 PM (12-hour shifts with a 3-day/4-day alternating schedule)Night Shift: 6:00 PM to 6:45 AM (12-hour shifts with a 3-day/4-day alternating schedule)Duties include:Operating production equipment according to standard proceduresPerforming quality checks, visual inspections, and collecting qualifyingproductsWorking in a clean, temperature-controlled environmentEligible for conversion to a permanent position after 480 hours Skills and Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent (required)Prior experience in manufacturing (preferred but not required)Excellent communication and teamwork skills Job Type:Full-time / Temp-to-hire
