Implementation Leader

A company is looking for an Implementation Leader. Key Responsibilities Lead the implementation and onboarding process for new client partners across multiple products and services Collaborate with key stakeholders from various teams to ensure successful implementations Support clients in completing standard implementation tasks and using the platform effectively Required Qualifications 5+ years of professional experience overall 3+ years of experience in software implementation, project management, or management consulting Strong understanding of provider licensing and credentialing, and provider data management preferred Demonstrated proficiency with systems, spreadsheets, databases, and applications (e.g., Google Suite, Salesforce) Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
