If you have the qualifications listed below and like working in a fast-paced environment, we welcome your application and resume!As a Business/Financial Analyst, you will design, test, and support reporting out of RTI’s ERP and accounting software applications. This will include gathering data, monitoring data entry, and validating data accuracy to achieve desired outcomes. You will create reports using Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft BI, ConnectWise, and GP, and deliver findings to the management team for review. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing recommendations about the methods and ways in which our company obtains and analyzes data to improve the quality and efficiency of our data systems.What You’ll Be DoingMaintaining databases/spreadsheetsCompiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting dataPerforming a variety of operational and financial analysesCreating data-driven presentationsBuilding report automationMaintaining confidentiality of sensitive informationPerforming other related duties as assignedRequirementsWhat You’ll Need:Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experienceAnalysis and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of logic, databases, and data flowsKnowledge of MS Access, Excel, and BI preferredFamiliarity with ConnectWise and GP reporting preferredHigh attention to detailSelf-starter skills and eagerness to learn new thingsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsThe ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periodsSome experience/coursework in Accounting/Finance preferred but not requiredMust be able to pass drug screening and background checkWhat You Can Look Forward ToWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including 401(k) with match, medical, dental, vision, STD & LTD, paid vacation, paid holidays, and basic life insurance.
