Role Overview: As a FT Overnight Cleaner at Office Pride of Pensacola, you will play an essential role in delivering high-quality cleaning services and building strong customer relationships within commercial businesses. You will ensure our clients' facilities are clean, safe, and welcoming by following customized cleaning checklists tailored to each client’s needs. Whether you work on-site, you will contribute to creating a positive and healthy work environment. Key Responsibilities: Following a customized cleaning checklist tailored to each client’s needs. Performing tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and hand-scrubbing floors. Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms and common areas. Ensuring all cleaning equipment and supplies are handled safely and responsibly. Collaborating with the team to maintain a consistent and high-quality cleaning standard throughout each facility. Qualifications: You're a great fit if you have the following skills: Must have a clear background check for the last 10 years. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow specific instructions for each client’s needs. Ability to work effectively and efficiently with minimum supervision. Reliability and punctuality in meeting assigned work schedules. Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with the team to maintain a consistent cleaning standard. Experience in commercial cleaning or a similar maintenance role is a plus. Bonus If You: Have experience using industrial cleaning equipment and products. Employment Type & Availability: This position is Full-Time, Monday through Friday, and is on-site only. This job opening is located at Navy Federal which is a 24 hour/365 day facility. If a holiday falls on a scheduled workday, you will be required to work. Location: This position is in Pensacola, Florida.
