Project SupervisorProject Supervisor oversees construction crews in the shop and on job sites. Project Supervisor's responsibilities include monitoring performance, making recommendations for improvement, and educating all staff on safety. Manage projects to stay within budget and ensure required materials and equipment are available.Demonstrate a sound understanding of safety regulations, underground excavation practices, and be able to transfer this knowledge to your team. Identify problems and find feasible solutions to them.Locations: There are several Project Supervisor vacancies being actively recruited for in the following states:IowaMinnesotaWisconsinKnown areas of focus:Des Moines metro areaNorthern MinnesotaSouthern MinnesotaTwin Cities Metro Area - WestTwin Cities Metro Area - SouthNorthern Wisconsin (Northwoods)Central WisconsinResponsibilities:Ensuring teams work together to deliver quality work safely while meeting strict deadlinesMonitoring construction processes and providing training/team building sessions are requiredEnsuring adherence to health and safety regulations at all timesPerforming routine JSA and Safety Audits at job site on all equipment and materialsScheduling regular meetings with vendors, site inspectors, managers, subcontractors, and staffWriting reports, budgets, project plans, and presenting them to relevant stakeholdersCollaborating closely with architects and other professionalsStaying up to date with safety codes and advancements in constructionProcessing paperwork and traveling to multiple sites as requiredRequirements:High School diploma or equivalentProficient with reading and translating design prints, as-built maps, locate tickets, and permitsExperience in underground utility construction, leadership experience, valid driver's license, and excellent communication/writing skills
