The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, manage a team of sales representatives, and create strategies to achieve business growth. Responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing new opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, developing sales plans, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The Sales Manager will report on market trends and provide insights to refine sales strategies. Qualifications Sales and Business Development skills, including identifying and pursuing new market opportunitiesClient Relationship Management and Customer Retention skillsStrategic Planning, Sales Forecasting, and Target Achievement abilitiesLeadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a sales teamData-Driven Decision-Making and familiarity with CRM tools are highly desirableKnowledge of high-consequence industries such as healthcare, education, or manufacturing is a plusExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a remote environment and meet deadlinesBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered
