We are currently working on multiple large tunnel projects in Manhattan, NY, and are looking for Project Managers to join our team. We will have work in the area for years to come and opportunities beyond that.If you are a Project Manager with experience on tunnel or deep foundation projects, apply now!Feel free to send your resume to michael@sherwoodsp.com.Qualifications and Experience:Minimum 2-6 years' experience as Project Manager in deep foundations projects and/or heavyconstruction.OSHA 30-hrs Construction Safety CertificationAdvanced knowledge of construction scheduling, cost management and supervision of multidisciplinary teams.Strong understanding of industry practices, processes, standards, etc. as they apply to complex civil projects.Demonstrated ability to employ effective management techniques to maximize personnel performance.Our benefits include:Yearly Bonus: Percentage varies by position , for PM is max up to 20%Living Out Allowance (Traveler): $50/day for each day worked outside the home base area.Housing (Traveler): Shared 2 bed / 2 bath apartment, or single housing for PMs.Transportation (Traveler): Monthly vehicle allowance per company policy. Fuel reimbursed for work-related activities with approved receipts. Alternatively, a shared onsite vehicle can be used.
