Team Member Responsibilities: Serve crave-able food, be surprisingly fast, keep our restaurant refreshingly clean, provide service with a genuine smile, guest are our number one priority, ensure food quality requirements are being met, support fellow team members by executing lateral service with each other, encouraging them to be their best, consistently deliver 2nd Mile Service, deliver remarkable guest experiences, excellent customer service at all times, complete daily and weekly checklists, leaving the restaurant better than the way you found it, actively fosters good communication with all team members, ensure 100% order accuracy, avoid wasting food and time, ensure a refreshingly clean & food safe environment at all times, resolve guest concerns using the H.E.A.R.D model, be willing to learn multiple roles. Team Member Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older, must treat yourself and others with honor, dignity, and respect, must be willing to prepare food the Chick-fil-A way according to the recipes, must be a team player who can share credit, admit mistakes, and do their part, must be willing to be held accountable to results, accept feedback, and have a desire to grow, must be able and willing to multi-task and work multiple positions of the restaurant when needed, must be punctual, must be willing and able to follow and respect leadership, must be willing and able to address and resolve conflicts quickly, must be able to make quick decisions and work under pressure in a high volume/traffic restaurant, must be observant and have high situational awareness, must be able and willing to work with a sense of urgency and to serve guests according to procedural requirements, must be willing to set a good example for others and hold each other accountable to expectations and requirements, this position requires repetitive use of hands for grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine manipulation, must arrive in full uniform and be properly groomed, must present themselves as neat, professional, and willing to follow appearance requirements, must be willing and able to stand, walk, and work on their feet for extended periods of time, must be willing and able to bend and lift loads up to 50lbs. Also, must be able to stoop to grasp objects and climb ladders. Bend and twist neck and waist, reach above and below shoulders and squat, must be able to push and pull carts weighing up to 100 pounds, environmental exposure to extreme temperatures, proper use of which may include but not limited to, box cutters, knives, personal protective equipment, hand trucks, carts, food cutter and fryers, power equipment, vehicles and all other equipment used within or for the restaurant. Team Member's Success Measurements: Customer Experience Monitor Scores, Restaurant Operational Evaluation Scores, Restaurant Smart Shop Scores, Restaurant Food Safety Scores, Leadership Team Feedback, being a team player by learning at least 3 different roles.
