MDM Developer

OverviewWe’re hiring a full-time, remote MDM Developer to build and support Informatica MDM solutions that strengthen data quality, consistency, and governance across the enterprise. You’ll work with business and technical teams to design master data models, configure workflows, implement match/survivorship rules, and support troubleshooting and performance optimization.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and support Informatica MDM solutions (data models, workflows, integrations)Configure MDM tenant settings, reference data, hierarchies, and relationshipsBuild and tune match/merge and survivorship rulesPerform data profiling, standardization, deduplication, and cleansingCreate and execute test plans; support releases into productionTroubleshoot issues and apply best practices to improve performanceDocument configurations and processes; partner with data governance on standardsQualificationsBachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)3+ years experience in data modeling, data integration, and data qualityHands-on experience with Informatica MDM and Informatica IDMC (iPaaS, Customer 360 SaaS MDM, and governance/catalog tools such as CDGC or similar)Experience implementing Informatica solutions on Azure platformsFamiliarity with EDM Council CDMC alignmentWorking knowledge of SQL and Python (NoSQL a plus)Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesPreferredCertifications: Informatica IDMC, CDGC, ICP (or similar)
