We are working with a growing Law Firm, looking for a Real Estate Law Partner to join their team. Specifically, they are looking for someone who has 8+ years of experience, with 300k+ of portable business.Requirements:8+ years of Real Estate Law experience4+ years of litigation experience300k+ of portable businessJuris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.Admitted to practice law in New YorkResponsibilities:Represent and defend clients in lawsuits involving personal injury, property damage, and wrongful death within a real estate context.Provide expert counsel on complex real estate matters, including contract drafting, commercial negotiations, and high-stakes commercial disputes.Actively maintain and grow your existing client base, contributing to the firm’s expansion and long-term revenue goals.The annual salary for this position is between 250k-300k.
