Our practice focuses primarily on EB-1A, EB-1B, EB-2 NIW, and O1 employment-based petition strategies.Our mission is to help exceptional individuals build extraordinary careers in the United States through strategic legal advocacy and thoughtful case preparation.Position OverviewSilicon Path Law is seeking a Senior Immigration Attorney with deep EB-1A, EB-1B, EB-2 NIW, and O1 employment-based petitions experience to join our growing team.This role is ideal for an attorney who has successfully handled extraordinary ability petitions from consultation through approval, understands how to craft compelling case narratives, and can guide clients through complex immigration strategies.The position will be fully remote until May 2026, after which the attorney will work in a hybrid model (minimum two days per week in office) in either Seattle, WA or Phoenix, AZ.Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Washington or Arizona by May 2026.Key ResponsibilitiesEB-1A Case Strategy & Petition PreparationManage a portfolio of EB-1A, EB-1B, EB-2 NIW, and O1 employment-based petitions from intake through final adjudicationDevelop persuasive legal strategies tailored to each client's achievements and professional profileDraft and review petition letters, legal briefs, and supporting documentationEvaluate evidence to demonstrate eligibility under USCIS extraordinary ability criteriaClient Consultation & Case DevelopmentConduct in-depth consultations with prospective and existing clientsAssess eligibility and develop case strategies for EB-1A, EB-1B, EB-2 NIW, and O1 employment-based petitionsGuide clients through evidence collection and documentation processesProvide clear legal advice and strategic guidance throughout the petition lifecycleCollaborationWork closely with paralegals and case managers to ensure efficient case preparationProvide guidance and mentorship to junior staffContribute to process improvements and best practices within the firmRequired QualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law schoolLicensed and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdictionActive bar membership in any U.S. state 5+ years of immigration law experienceSignificant hands-on experience preferred preparing EB-1A petitionsDemonstrated track record of successful extraordinary ability approvalsStrong legal writing and analytical skillsExcellent client communication and advisory abilitiesExceptional attention to detail and case organizationAbility to manage multiple complex cases simultaneouslyPreferred QualificationsExperience with EB-1A, EB-1B, EB-2 NIW, and O1 employment-based petitionsExperience working with researchers, engineers, startup founders, or academicsFamiliarity with USCIS policy guidance for extraordinary ability petitionsExperience mentoring paralegals or junior attorneysMembership in AILA (American Immigration Lawyers Association)What We OfferCompetitive compensation packageHealth, dental, and vision benefitsPaid time off and holidaysProfessional development and CLE supportOpportunity to specialize in high-impact employment-based immigrationCollaborative and growth-oriented team environmentMeaningful work helping exceptional individuals build careers in the United States
