Mainframe Developer

Mainframe DeveloperRequired Skills: 5+ years of hands-on mainframe development experience. Strong expertise in COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, VSAM, and z/OS. Experience with mainframe batch processing and online transaction systems. Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance-tuning skills. Experience with Endevor, Git, JIRA, and production support. Knowledge of REST APIs, MQ, JSON/XML, or mainframe integration. Experience working in Agile/Scrum and CI/CD environments. Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.Preferred Skills: Experience with mainframe modernization and cloud migration. Knowledge of AWS/Azure and hybrid cloud integration. Experience with GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or other GenAI development tools. Knowledge of Python or Java is a plus.
