Themission of the grocery department is to bring really great food to thepeople of our communities stuff they wouldnt necessarily find at yourmore traditional market. Youre going to be part merchandiser and partproduct experts. So we give you these Five Roles (the most importantfive things youll be asked to do on a daily basis): Your Five Roles 1.Extra-mile service 2. Daily Stocking 3. Assist with inventory receiving Maintaining a clean and organized environment 5. Bulking What you\'llbe doing: ? Accurately receive orders upon delivery ? Divide and conquerorders with instruction from the manager and team vets ? Bulk packagingof candies, nuts, and seasonal items ? Ensure that all products arelabeled accurately (date, price, product) ? Merchandise & stock casesand shelves when working in the store ? Assist with inventory receiving(with The Inventory Receiver) When Asked Physical RequirementsFrequently raise or lower objects up to 40 pounds from one level toanother regularly Remain on feet in upright position for continuousperiods of time Walk throughout store, including to other buildings andoutdoor areas Exerting force on a regular basis so object is moved to orfrom team member Carrying objects up to 40 pounds on a regular basisGrasping and/or picking up objects Regularly reaching for objectsBending forward by bending at waist or bending legs and spine Job Type:Full-time Work Location: In person
