This position aligns with the AIA Architectural staff level I (non-licensed) and focuses on producing coordinated construction documents under the direction of a Project Architect or Project Manager.Prepare accurate and coordinated construction documents using RevitProduce plans, sections, details, schedules, and other drawing componentsApply established standards, codes, and building systems to drawing productionCoordinate architectural drawings with engineering disciplines and consultantsIncorporate QA/QC comments and project team markupsSupport construction administration including drawing revisions and clarificationsProficient at Bluebeam for plan review and collaborationAbility to independently measure and create existing condition drawingsRequired QualificationsWhat you will need to succeed:Minimum of 4–6 years of technical experience in an architectural or A/E firmExperience working under a Project Architect or Project Manager on multi-discipline teamsProficiency in Revit requiredDemonstrated competency in construction documentation and detailingWorking knowledge of building codes, standards, and typical construction methodsStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlinesAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectivelyAbility to work independently and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary teamPreferred QualificationsAutoCAD experience preferredExperience with both new construction and renovation projectsExperience with wood frame, masonry veneer, and steel construction typesFamiliarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup, rendering suites such as Lumion, Twinmotion, Enscape, or V-RayLocation: Bangor, ME - Reliably commute or relocation before starting work. This position may be eligible for a hybrid work arrangement, with a combination of in-office and remote work considered based on business and operational needs.
