Yard Driver (P.M. Shift)

DSV - - Responsibilities: Move trailers, containers, and equipment to and from loading docks, staging areas, and parking locations within the yard; Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of yard tractors, trailers, and equipment and report defects or damage; Coordinate with dispatch, warehouse staff, and operations personnel to prioritize trailer moves and dock assignments; Maintain accurate yard location tracking using yard management systems (YMS), tablets, handheld devices, or written logs; Assist in yard organization, including staging empty and loaded trailers in designated areas
