You start your day energized and ready to connect. After a quick team huddle, you dive into reaching out to customers who already know and trust us. Your calls help uncover needs, schedule services, and ensure customers feel confident in their decisions.
You’re not cold-calling strangers — you’re building relationships, following up on past services, and offering solutions that truly make a difference. Your Team Lead is close by for coaching, encouragement, and support as you sharpen your sales skills.
At the end of the day, you leave knowing your conversations helped customers improve their comfort, safety, and peace of mind — and that your efforts directly contributed to the team’s success.
What You’ll Do
Drive outbound communication:
Make outbound calls to existing customers and warm leads to schedule services, follow up on estimates, and identify additional needs.
Sell with purpose:
Educate customers on our products, services, and maintenance options — recommending solutions that fit their needs while meeting sales goals.
Build lasting relationships:
Create positive, trust-based customer experiences through friendly, confident, and professional conversations.
Follow up & close the loop:
Confirm appointments, check in after services, and re-engage customers who haven’t yet scheduled.
Work as a team:
Collaborate closely with your supervisor, CSR teammates, dispatchers, and technicians to ensure smooth handoffs and shared wins.
Stay organized & accurate:
Document conversations, update customer records, and enter accurate details into our system to support scheduling and service success.
