Reyes Fleet Management is seeking a Trailer Technician B to help with repairs and maintenance on trailers, lift gates, and reefer equipment at our Martin Brower facility in City of Industry. Candidates must have the ability to make repairs to trailers, lift gates, and reefer units.Candidates should know how to do proper pm's on all equipment with minimal supervision.Shift: Full-Time l Tuesday - Friday 2:00pm-10:30pm, Saturday 8:00am-4:30pmPay: $35.00 - 37.00/hr, depending upon experienceWhy work for Reyes Fleet Management?4 Weeks paid time off Holiday payYearly performance raisesASE Incentive Pay (up to $2.00 additionally with ASE Certifications)CDL Inventive Pay-($1.00 additionally with active license)Career advancement opportunities401K and Company paid Life InsuranceReferral bonuses and Reyes Reward programHealth, dental, and vision coverage including multiple medical plansTool & Boot annual payout & Paid UniformsGreat work culture and clean facilitiesFinancial and wellness discounts and much more!!!Position Responsibilities:Responsible for accurately inspecting, repairing and completing routine preventative maintenance of Fleet Equipment, including standard component inspections and repairs.Complete necessary documentation for repairs and maintenance while maintaining accurate records of work performed, parts used, and repairs/inspections completed through the online AssetWorks system.Vehicles and Fleet Equipment.Learn and assist diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems using diagnostic tools and technical manuals.Adhere to all company, local, state, and federal polices and regulations including DOT, OSHA, and Reyes Fleet Management standards, while ensuring compliance with safety programs, correct selection and use of appropriate tools, PPE, machine guarding, and established best safety practices.This position requires driving Reyes Family of Businesses, Reyes Fleet Management and customer vehicles, it is regulated by the DOT and requires a current driver qualification file to be maintained as required by the role. The Driver Qualification file includes: an annual motor vehicle records (MVR) check, a successfully completed DOT Physical, and Safety Performance History records request from prior employers in the last three years. Additionally, CDL holders will have a DOT Drug Screening within 30 days of start and subject to a FMSCA Clearinghouse review.Other projects or duties as assigned
