The Front Desk Manager will oversee daily front desk operations, ensure efficient reservations and scheduling, and provide outstanding customer service. Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling inquiries, coordinating appointments, managing a welcoming reception area, and ensuring a positive guest experience. Administrative tasks such as maintaining records and handling transactions are also part of the role.QualificationsStrong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure an exceptional guest experience.Experience with Receptionist Duties, including welcoming guests, managing inquiries, and maintaining the reception area.Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for professional and clear interactions with clients and team members.Proficiency in Reservations and scheduling systems, with attention to detail for managing appointments efficiently.Organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings or weekends, as required by the spa's schedule.Prior experience in the spa, hospitality, or customer service industry is a plus.
