The Business Analyst, Senior Geotechnical Engineer, Senior Process Control Engineer, and Senior Estimator will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and defining business requirements, and providing actionable insights to enhance operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions, lead key initiatives, and ensure efficient project execution. The role may also include creating effective communication strategies and refining processes to achieve business goals.QualificationsStrong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and support business decisionsProficiency in Business Analysis, Business Process improvement, and defining Business RequirementsExcellent Communication skills, including the ability to convey complex information clearly to stakeholdersProficiency in tools for process modeling, data analysis, and reportingExperience in geotechnical engineering, process control systems, cost estimation, or related fields is advantageousBachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as Engineering, Business, or a related fieldStrong organizational and project management skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
