Job DescriptionJob Title: Associate Software Engineer – Full StackWe are looking for a motivated and talented Associate Software Engineer to join our Employee compliance product area within Compliance Technology. This role is primarily hands-on and focused on application development, enhancement, maintenance, and support. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, quick to adapt, and thrives in a collaborative, agile environment.Purpose of the RoleAs an Associate Software Engineer, you will contribute to the design, development, testing, and support of enterprise-scale applications. You will work closely with senior engineers, product partners, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, follow Fidelity engineering best practices, and support the technology roadmap.
