Duties
Greet customers warmly and identify their wireless technology needs through active listening and engaging conversation
Demonstrate products effectively, highlighting features and benefits to encourage informed purchasing decisions
Assist customers with product selection, upselling accessories and service plans to maximize satisfaction and sales opportunities
Process transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, handle cash and card payments, and ensure proper cash handling procedures
Maintain attractive merchandise displays, organize stock, and ensure shelves are well-stocked and appealing to shoppers
Conduct product demos confidently, showcasing device capabilities and answering customer questions clearly and professionally
Provide excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or scheduling appointments
Support merchandising efforts by organizing promotional displays and ensuring the sales floor is clean, organized, and inviting
Manage inventory levels by stocking shelves regularly and reporting low stock items promptly
Assist with basic retail math calculations for sales totals, discounts, and returns to ensure accuracy in all transactions
Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing concerns promptly, offering solutions, and creating a positive shopping experience
Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and contribute to a lively, supportive store environment
Requirements
Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred; supervisory experience is a plus but not required
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical products clearly and confidently
Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively
Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and basic retail math is advantageous
Demonstrated phone etiquette skills for professional customer interactions over the phone
Experience in upselling products or services to enhance sales performance
Knowledge of merchandising techniques, stocking procedures, and inventory management in a retail setting such as grocery stores or electronics shops is beneficial
Ability to handle cash accurately while adhering to cash handling policies
Customer-focused attitude with excellent interpersonal skills; patience and active listening are essential
Basic math skills for processing transactions efficiently and accurately
