Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a new location in Hayward, CA. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.Active California Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.Experience in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.Client requires candidates comfortable with 5x8 day schedule and working with adult or geriatric populations in long-term care environments (preferred).Ability to document in electronic medical records and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.Shift Name: Days.Shift Details: Days 0800-1630.Work Days: Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat (per VMS work days).Guaranteed Hours: 35 per week (per VMS contract information).Contract Length: 14 weeks (per VMS contract information).May be required to float to other nearby facilities within the client network.
