Bartender

Responsibilities: - Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Take customer orders and prepare a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages - Provide excellent customer service by ensuring timely delivery of drinks - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area - Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices - Upsell and promote drink specials or menu items to increase sales - Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register accurately - Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for customers - Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring stock levels Requirements: - Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role preferred - Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques - Familiarity with food service and handling procedures - Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Experience with catering or banquet events is a plus - Basic math skills for calculating bills, making change, and handling cash transactions - Understanding of the food industry regulations regarding alcohol service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
