This is a 6+month contract and onsite 3 days per week.We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Analyst to join our team. The AMI (Advanced Metering Infrastructure) analyst AMI support will be responsible for resolving exceptions within AMI systems, ensuring accurate and timely meter data flow, and coordinating with various teams to maintain operational efficiency. This role requires strong customer service skills, analytical skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities.Typical task breakdown: Resolve exceptions between work order mgmt. system and billings systemReview OMNI and MATS notes, check property on googles maps, view assessor- document inCall customer or landlord or property manager as a appropriate- can close bpem after call, but track cgi through jira until done.Make contact , make appt, create work order, exchange happensReview deployment supervisor for their knowledge and possible field visit
