Maintenance Service Advisor

Location: Jenkins & Wynne Ford Quick Lane Service CenterAbout the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Quick Lane Service Advisor to join our Ford team. This role is perfect for someone with a positive, outgoing personality who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys interacting with people. No prior automotive experience is required-we will provide full training. What matters most is your go-getter attitude and willingness to learn.As a Quick Lane Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for regular maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, battery checks, and other light services.Job Title: Quick Lane Service AdvisorJob Summary:Customers are greeted in the lane where the service write-up process begins. The advisor will perform a walk around inspection of the vehicle with the customer, and capture the VIN and current odometer. Write-ups are completed in advisors office.A Repair Order is generated based on information given by the customer and obtained from the vehicle. The customer is contacted with an estimate of repairs or information on repairs if it is a warranty claim. The Quick Lane Service Advisor will keep customer updated throughout the repair process.
