HVAC Installer
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our Broadley's team as part of the Installation Department to provide excellent HVAC installation services to our customer base.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair in residential and light commercial settings. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work with various HVAC equipment and tools. The HVAC Installer will be responsible for ensuring that heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems are installed correctly and function efficiently.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience of 4+ years, a strong work ethic, and takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship. This role will assist to supervise the work of other helpers/apprentices to maintain high quality and timely job performance. This position reports to Installation Manager.

Duties
Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems according to specifications and schematics.
Troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems and provide effective solutions.
Collaborate with other technicians and contractors on construction projects to ensure seamless integration of HVAC systems.
Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment for installation and repair tasks.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and equipment repairs.
Adhere to safety regulations and company policies while on the job site.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.
Experience
Previous experience as an HVAC Installer of 4+ years. Ideal candidate is at the Journeyman level.
Familiarity with HVAC design principles, refrigeration processes, plumbing systems, and boiler operations is advantageous.
Experience as a service technician or in field service roles is a plus.
Mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical documents is essential.

Pay: $30.00 - $60.00 per hour
