*RF & Microwave Technical Sales Representative* We are seeking a motivated and results-driven RF & Microwave Technical Sales Representative to drive business growth and develop customer relationships in the aerospace, defense, telecommunications, satellite communications, semiconductor, and industrial electronics markets. The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge of RF and microwave products with consultative sales expertise to identify customer requirements, recommend solutions, and build long-term partnerships. This position is responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, from lead generation through contract award and ongoing account support. *Duties to include: * · Develop and maintain relationships with engineers, program managers, purchasing professionals, and executive stakeholders. · Present RF, microwave, millimeter-wave, and related technology solutions to prospective customers. · Interpret customer technical requirements and recommend appropriate products and services. · Support customers with product selection, technical specifications, and application guidance. · Collaborate with engineering and product management teams to develop customized solutions. · Manage sales pipeline activity, maintain CRM records, and provide accurate sales forecasts. · Attend customer meetings, industry conferences, and trade shows. · Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies. *Desired Skills & Experience:* · Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field. · Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales, applications engineering, or the RF/microwave industry. · Strong understanding of: - RF and microwave theory - Amplifiers, filters, mixers, oscillators, and antennas - Signal integrity and electromagnetic principles - RF test and measurement equipment -Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, engineering drawings, and schematics. · Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. · Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems. · Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. · Ability to travel up to 50%. *Why Join Us?* · Competitive salary and benefits package. · Opportunities for professional growth and certification. · Collaborative and innovative work environment. *Compensation: Base Salary: $100,000 and up annually depending on experience and qualifications.* The annual base salary range for this role is $100,000 and up. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
