Custodian - Community Center Here's what you'll be doing: Executes housekeeping duties to include general cleaning, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, washing windows, disinfecting areas, etc. Plans and performs minor repairs and maintains housekeeping equipment. Plans occasional painting of walls and ceilings and is able to use a ladder. Removes snow/ice from entrances and walkways. Maintains effective communication with Manager and co-workers. Here's what you'll need to be successful: High School Diploma or GED. CPR Certification may be required Capable of using sound judgement and working with minimal supervision Must successfully pass all applicable background checks and drug screens Employees working at Health & Wellness: FCP complies with all CMS Mandates & all Health Division employees must receive the COVID-19 vaccine prior to hire. Additional immunization requirements may also be necessary Preferred Qualifications: Two year's work of janitorial experience or related field preferred.
